When I think about Christmas, I do not think about San Francisco. I think about New York City, New England and places that have snow on the ground. This is my first December living in San Francisco. It has been raining and brisk days that require warm coats. We have been very busy getting settled into our new home, going to school and working. However in spite all of this, William and I have managed to have a lot of fun and adventure every weekend. The first weekend of December we went on a Ferry Ride to Alameda to visit the Pinball Museum. The Ferry gave a beautiful view of San Francisco. Sometimes it's easy to forget about the Ferry when you have the BART, but we both really enjoyed not being on a crowded train under the bay. Bonus points for having alcohol and taking clipper card On Sunday we went to the Dickens Faire. This was my second year of going. We snacked on tea, roasted chestnuts, and absinthe.
